OVERVIEW
The Gist: You are shopping at Footcare Online. We use Shopify to run our store. By using this site, you agree to these rules.
Who we are: “We”, “us” and “our” refer to Footcare Online.
The Service: This website, including all tools and products, is provided to give you a curated shopping experience.
The Agreement: These Terms (and the policies we link to) are a legal contract between you and us. By browsing or buying, you are saying "I agree." If you don't agree, please do not use the site.

The Gist: Be an adult, tell the truth, and keep your password safe.

Security: You are responsible for your own password and anything that happens under your account. You cannot sell or give your account to someone else.

The Gist: We try to be accurate, but screens vary and stock changes.
Appearance: Your phone or computer screen might make a product look slightly different than it does in real life. We cannot guarantee your screen's color accuracy.
Availability: We can change descriptions or stop selling any product at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to limit the quantity of items sold to any person or region.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
The Gist: Clicking "Buy" is an offer, not a final contract. We have to accept it first.
Acceptance: Your order is an "offer" to buy. It isn't officially accepted until we process your payment and send a confirmation. We can decline any order for any reason.
Cancellations: We move fast! Because of this, we might not be able to cancel an order once it is accepted.
Personal Use: You agree you are buying for yourself or your household, not for reselling or exporting.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
The Gist: Prices can change. You are responsible for taxes and accurate info.
Fluctuations: Prices can change without notice. The price you pay is the one live at the moment you order.
Extras: Unless noted, prices don't include taxes, shipping, or customs fees.
Payment Rights: You promise your credit card info is true and that you are authorized to use it. You agree to update your account info (like card expiry) so we can finish your orders.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
The Gist: We don't control the mail. Once it leaves us, it's yours.
Estimates: Shipping times are guesses, not guarantees. We aren't liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.
Risk: Once we hand the product to the delivery company, the legal "title and risk of loss" passes to you.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Gist: Our brand, photos, and designs belong to us. Don't copy them.
Ownership: Everything on this site is owned by Footcare Online or our partners.
Your Limits: You can use the site for personal shopping only. You cannot copy, modify, or republish our content for your own business use without our written permission.
SECTION 7 & 8 - THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS
The Gist: We aren't responsible for "outside" tools or websites.
Optional Tools: If we offer third-party tools (like a currency converter), they are provided "as is." Use them at your own risk.
Other Sites: If you click a link that takes you away from our store, we are not responsible for what happens on that other website. Read their policies carefully.
SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
The Gist: Shopify is the tech provider; we are the seller.
Shopify powers our store, but they are not responsible for the sales or the products. By shopping here, you agree that Shopify is not liable for any issues, injuries, or losses related to your transaction with Footcare Online.
SECTION 10 - PRIVACY
The Gist: We and Shopify handle your data to make the store work.
Your info is governed by our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy. Because Shopify hosts us, your data may be stored on servers outside of your home country.
SECTION 11 - FEEDBACK AND REVIEWS
The Gist: If you give us a review or an idea, we can use it.
Our Rights: If you send us feedback or reviews, we can use, edit, and publish them forever, anywhere, without paying you.
Your Responsibility: Your comments must be honest and not violate anyone else’s rights (no viruses, no impersonating others).
SECTION 12 - ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
The Gist: We are human. We fix mistakes when we find them.
If we make a typo regarding price or stock, we reserve the right to fix it or cancel the order, even if you’ve already submitted it.
SECTION 13 - PROHIBITED USES
The Gist: Don't be a "Bad Actor."
You cannot use our site for:
Anything illegal or to break local/international laws.
Harassing our staff or spreading viruses.
"Scraping" our data or interfering with our security.
Consequence: We will shut down your account immediately if you break these rules.
SECTION 14 - TERMINATION
The Gist: We can "break up" with you if we need to.
We can stop your access to the site at any time for any reason. Even if the agreement ends, you still owe any money you were charged before the split.
SECTION 15 & 16 - DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITS ON LIABILITY
The Gist: Our legal safety net.
As Is: We provide the site "as is." We don't guarantee it will be 100% error-free or always online.
Limits: To the fullest extent of the law, Footcare Online (and Shopify) is not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or injuries resulting from your use of the service.
SECTION 17 - INDEMNIFICATION
The Gist: If your actions get us sued, you pay for it.
If you break these terms or the law and we (or Shopify) get sued because of it, you agree to pay our legal fees and any resulting costs.
SECTION 18 - 22 - THE LEGAL "FINE PRINT"
The Gist: How this contract works legally.
Severability: If a judge says one rule is bad, the rest of the rules still apply.
Governing Law: Any legal fights will be handled in the courts where Footcare Online is headquartered (United Kingdom).
SECTION 23 - CHANGES TO TERMS
The Gist: We can update these rules. Your continued use means you accept the new version.
We can change these terms at any time. We will notify you of "material" (major) changes as required by law.
