Refund policy

At Footcare Online (a brand of United Healthcare 4U Ltd), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As a GPhC-regulated pharmacy, we adhere to strict safety and hygiene standards to protect all our customers.

1. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items for any reason.

Notification: You must inform us of your intent to return by emailing orders@footcare-online.com within 14 days of delivery.

Return Period: Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to send the items back to our facility.

2. Return Eligibility & Product Condition

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

Unused and Unworn: In the same condition that you received it.

Original Packaging: With all tags attached and the original packaging intact.

Proof of Purchase: Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation email.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty or arrived damaged, you have a 30-day right to reject the goods for a full refund.

48-Hour Reporting: Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your parcel arrives damaged, you must report this to us within 48 hours of receipt.

Evidence: Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the damage/fault.

Costs: For faulty or damaged items, Footcare Online will cover all return shipping costs by providing a pre-paid Royal Mail label.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you no longer want it or ordered the wrong size, you (the customer) are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Faulty/Incorrect Goods: We will provide a pre-paid Royal Mail return label at no cost to you.

6. How to Start a Return

Email Us: orders@footcare-online.com with your order number and reason for return.

Authorisation: If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Timeline: If approved, your refund (including the cost of original standard delivery) will be processed within 2 business days to your original payment method.

Note: If 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
